So the changes happening worldwide are affecting us. However, I often remind my team, and myself, that adversity breeds strength. Each obstacle we overcome equips us with valuable lessons, fortifying our resilience and sharpening our ability to navigate future challenges with confidence, affirms Islam Awad.
