Jessy’s professional journey began in India, where she built a strong foundation in human resources, employee relations, talent acquisition, and organizational development across diverse industries. These early experiences broadened her understanding of people management and business operations while reinforcing the importance of aligning human capital with organizational objectives. Following the establishment of Oman Flour Mills SAOG and Atyab Investments, she contributed to workforce development initiatives that strengthened her expertise in strategic HR, talent management, and organizational transformation. Over the years, leadership roles across several organizations in Oman further broadened her understanding of diverse industries, operational environments, and leadership cultures.
In 2012, Jessy took on a leadership role at Al Amal Al Watania LLC, marking another significant milestone in her career. Over the next decade, she worked closely with business leaders to build high-performing teams, strengthen organizational capabilities, and deliver strategic HR solutions that supported business growth. Beyond strengthening her expertise, the role also gave her valuable insight into the challenges organizations face in attracting the right talent and the aspirations of professionals seeking meaningful career opportunities. Her advice to aspiring entrepreneurs is simple: “Never build a business solely to make a living—build it to make a difference.” While challenges, setbacks, and moments of uncertainty are inevitable, she believes they also present opportunities to learn, grow, and build resilience. “If I am remembered as someone who believed in people, created opportunities, inspired hope, and made a positive difference wherever I could, that will be my greatest achievement and the legacy I hope to leave behind,” she concludes.
